the location proved very convenient, offering quick access to public transport. i appreciated the range of items available at the breakfast buffet. free water refills were a nice touch. the bathroom toiletries provided added to the experience.
the room lacked water glasses and complimentary water upon arrival, something i think is essential. i had to purchase water after check-in. this should be addressed, ensuring all rooms are properly stocked with these basic necessities.

The proximity to the train station proved convenient.
The room lacked sufficient lighting. The bedside lights were too low for comfortable reading. the window's locking mechanism presented difficulty.
